For any data protection matter you can contact us at accounts@hpdn.co.uk, and your enquiry will be directed to the relevant setting.

4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process your personal data on the following legal bases: performance of a contract (your childcare agreement with us), compliance with a legal obligation (Ofsted, EYFS, and other regulatory requirements), and where necessary, our legitimate interests in operating our nursery safely and effectively. Where we rely on consent, you have the right to withdraw it at any time.

6. Data Retention
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. Children's records are typically retained for a minimum of three years after the child leaves our care, or as required by applicable law.
